Privacy & usage measurement
Your case and practice information
Case descriptions and scan-estimator values are processed in your browser. Usage measurement does not collect those entries, patient identifiers, clinical results, or fees. Please omit patient identifiers from case descriptions.
What usage measurement records
When enabled, it records visits, sections opened, time in each section, and counts of selected tool actions. It also records a broad device category and approximate country and U.S. state. It does not request access to your device’s location.
Timing pauses when the site is hidden or loses focus. Time in section is an estimate; it does not establish that someone was reading or actively using a tool.
A temporary identifier stored in the browser tab groups activity within a visit. It expires after 30 minutes without interaction. It is not used to recognize you across future visits. A separate browser preference remembers your choice to be excluded.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare processes measurement requests and derives broad location from the connection. The analytics database in Supabase stores country/state rather than raw IP addresses. GitHub Pages, Cloudflare, and Supabase may process connection information in their own infrastructure and operational logs.
Visit records are retained for up to 90 days, and daily aggregate totals for up to 12 months. Reports are available only to authorized administrators.
Your preference
Usage measurement is not active.
Exclusion applies to this browser. Enable it separately on other browsers or devices; clearing browser storage removes the preference. Supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also disable measurement. The tools remain available when measurement is disabled or blocked.
